TENANT REQUIREMENTS:
Credit score of 550 or better on Experian (I will pull a credit report)
Take-home income 2x more than rent and minimum debt payments no more than 1x rent
No evictions or notices to vacate property in the last 3 years (I will verify and contact previous landlords and do background checks)
No drug convictions last 5 years (A criminal check will be done)
No felonies last 5 years
$30 refundable (as long as you don't lie on your application) application fee 
      - Will be applied to your first months rent if you are approved
      - If approved and you do not sign a lease, the fee will not be returned
