TO MY PERSONAL WEBSITE

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming loudly ... WOW - What a Ride! A shot from my den looking towards the pond Why does anyone need a personal website? They don't!. But, it sure is fun to share my life with others who might be interested. I put this website together so I could share my hobbies and interests with those who just don't get it when I tell them what I do. After all, who would believe you if you said you were a minister, snowmobilier, motorcycle rider, Boy Scout Assistant Scoutmaster, commercial pilot, involved with train carts, hold down a full time job, run a scenic railroad, AND still had time to take care of the homestead? Take a look around on my site and you'll see that I am both normal AND strange. I am passionate about my hobbies and my free time. I enjoy helping others. I work hard and play even harder. I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids (which most "normal" people refer to as pets!). But above all else, I like having fun, being outside, and trying new things.
